This Mazda RX7 IMSA GTU race car is the most successful car in the history of the 24 Hours Of Daytona. It competed a total of six times, winning the GTU category 5 times (1985,1986,1987,1988 and 1990) finishing 3rd in 1989 and never finishing lower than 14 place overall. Additionally, The 'Team Highball' #71 Mazda RX7 race car won at the 12 Hours Of Sebring and the 6 Hours Of Watkins Glen. It is arguably the most successful endurance racing chassis of all time!
