Ford RS200 Replica

This car was going to be completed for use in Rallycross but it could be easily converted for road use. One of 5 factory built 4 wheel drive chassis with extra tubing etc to satisfy the MSUK Blue Book requirements for spaceframes.

Most parts are here to complete this car and we would be pleased to offer assistance during the build process.

Engine is a Zetec 2.0 Turbo with forged internals, dry sump, Stainless exhaust manifold. Billet aluminium BDA cam cover. Was built by a well renowned engine builder and was dyno tested  at 495bhp. We used this engine only twice. Engine is mated to a Tremek TKO500 gearbox.

Diffs are from a BMW M5 and have custom billet end casings.

transfer box is a bespoke unit made from billet aluminium.

Bespoke Centre bearing.

Propshaft between Centre Bearing and Transfer from CPS Drivelink motorsport.

Stainless exhaust.

Vented discs front, solid discs rear. Team Dynamics Motorsport Wheels currently with rallycross tyres fitted.

Stainless steel fuel tank.

Aluminium remote oil tank.

Front mounted Cosworth Radiator. Aluminium water pipes

Roof mounted Intercooler.

Rear lamp units, front headlights, indicators, side repeaters.

Works style stainless mesh grill kit.

Intercooler ears, lamp pod, door cards, RS200 dash with RMD gauges.

Bespoke Aluminium quick rack. Electronic Corsa B.

Front windscreen, rear clam screen with louvres, cockpit screen and door polycarbonate with slider kits.

All parts are new or reconditioned to new.

We’ll be sorry to see this go but we currently have a work contract which requires a lot of space!
