Hyundai i20 R5 – Chassis 1

John Wink Rallying are offering for sale Hyundai i20 R5 chassis 1 as used by Kevin Abbering and Haydon Paddon for Hyundai Motorsport. JWR bought the car direct from Hyundai Motorsport in 2017 after 7 events in their hands and has only been used by John since apart from its last outing when Matt Edwards took the car to 3rd overall on the McRae Rally Challenge in September with only Max McRae in a Škoda Rally 2 and a Fiesta WRC car ahead of him.

In John’s hands the car has had multiple top 5 results in the Scottish Rally Championship and won the 2019 Rally GB National event.

The car currently has an Evo3 engine fitted with 34mm restricter fitted along with the relevant Pipo ecu map. 32mm restricter will come with the car too.

The car has been maintained by our in-house engineer since it’s been in the team’s hands and maintained using genuine parts.

Driver Seat in date until 2027 FIA and 2029 MSUK

The car is currently in tarmac spec but will come with PKM gravel dampers and gravel brakes. It will also come with its original evo1 engine and accompanying ecu.
