Ford RS200 OEM Complete Body Panels – Ordered and purchased with invoices from Ford, this may be the most complete set of original body panels for the RS200 that exist and haven’t ever been fitted to a car.

Purchased by the vendor of the 1986 Ford RS200 in this Supercar Fest Sale at the time of his purchase of the car back in 1990. Being a realist, owning such a rapid homologation special, he swiftly purchased a complete set of OEM body panels to go with the car as a contingency plan, just in case something ever went wrong, which thankfully it never did so they stayed in dry storage ever since.

With the accompanying original Ford invoices confirming them as genuine parts, these are believed to be the last surviving and most original RS200 spare body panels in the world, with only two others offered by the RS200 Owners Club Limited some 30 years ago and it is believed that one of those two sets was crushed by Ford.

Upon bringing the parts into daylight for the first time in many years, a 30-year old mistake was uncovered, whereby everything required to reshell a car is there, but the side-skirts are both nearside side-skirts, a human error from 1990 that only now rears its head!
