Description

Fiesta build specification:​R5 RXT ​ FORD FROZEN WHITE.

SHELL:
Stripped back to bare metal using pyrolysis heat method.
​Fabrication by Steve Lancaster, Custom Cages T45 weld in cage.
​Full cage to chassis triangulation to pick up suspension sub frames.
Fitted with M SPORT Ford R5 body kit and WRC type spoiler. Performance 4 polycarbonate window set, hard coat on Front windows only as they are electrically operated. HFS. Electric Front windows. Ford Carbon Roof Vent, ABS Mirrors, Carbon Door cards, Carbon WRC Fiesta center console. Lightweight fiberglass 3 piece / flocked dash with Cosworth monitor and comms. Ports.

ENGINE:
New Mitsubishi Evo X crate engine. Fitted with Darton sleeves. CP rods and pistons, ported and polished cylinder head by Rick Wood. Kelford 214-R cams. Latest roller turbo from Owen Developments. AP Twin Plate clutch. FBW Throttle. Crankshaft is standard. Mitsubishi intercooler, oil cooler and radiator. Water pump is electric BMW, modified by G&G motorsport. Power steering hydraulic pump removed. The large front drive belt has been discarded, the drive belt now only drives the alternator.

TRANSMISSION:
Drenth latest 6 speed sequential gearbox. Shiftec paddle change. Mitsubishi Ralliart plated rear diff, center diff. is Active, (3 Maps plus transmission lock) front diff Ralliart. Standard length driveshafts.

BRAKES:
AP Floor mounted reverse pull type pedal box with FBW function. 355 x 28 Front discs, 320 x 28 rear discs, alloy plated bells. Fly off handbrake system.
ATEC hard pipe internal brake lines, Atec flexible external. Brake balance pressures indicated on dashboard. Mintex F6 brake pads front and rear.

SUSPENSION:
​Reiger independent McPherson strut front. 3 way adjustable WRC type.
Reiger coil over shock absorbers R4 type, 3 way adj.
Front adjustable ARB Blade type. Ralliart R4 tubular front cradle with Ralliart alloy TCA’s. Ralliart tubular rear cradle with Ralliart R4 links. All fully jointed and adjustable. Fixed ARB.

FUEL SYSTEM:
​Ford (ATL) WRC Bag Tank with integral pumps and filters. Alloy under floor guards. Teflon fuel lines throughout, (no petrol smell) Staubli refuel fittings in rear, also fuel sample line.

POWER STEERING:
​1.5 turns lock to lock rack (Woodward) Electric power steering by EZ power steering. Manual load adjuster.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM / WIRING / EXTINGUISHERS:
​G&G Motorsport loom, Emtron ECU, Cosworth IPS 32 Module (Powersupply) , Tyco M/SW, Cosworth Omega ICD (Dash), Cosworth RSP 20 (Switch panel)Varley 30 battery.
​Stilo DG10 intercom installed into center console, has camera, radio and Bluetooth.
​MONIT G200 GPS Trip meter. GO PRO Remote hard wired with Bluetooth. No cameras.

WHEELS:
​5 off Speedline 2120 Turini 18” X 8” ET22 Matt black. (23 in stock at Speedline UK)

EXHAUST:
​Stainless system with turbo spool / bypass loop, 3” system with removable CAT.

SEATS & BELTS:
Complete with Sparco Pro Advance Carbon Seats & Sabelt 6 point Pro Hans belts with alloy adjusters. Valid until 2025.

EXTINGUISHER:
Lifeline 3 kg electric extinguishers, Zero 360 type, one hand held fitted into the front chassis rail. Awaiting return from re-certification.
