1966 Brabham BT18 Arch Motors #116BH. BRM 1600 Twin Cam.
***Raced primarily with CSRG in the Central California area, this Brabham will be accepted everywhere. A chassis by Jack Brabham is loved at the racetracks, Jack being a Champion in his own cars, starting with the BT18! Some of the absolute finest designs from Jack. The car has been maintained by a top-tier race shop for this owner, all needs have been attended to, a fun competitive drive!
Car purchased from Jim Groom in 1999. Restored for the 2003 season, the logbook shows from 2018 through 2003 racing including events at Laguna Seca, Thunderhill and Sonoma race tracks.
Raced currently, with a very fine cosmetic and mechanically sound chassis, our client is a bit too tall to fit this historic car. Taylor Engineering complete new box in 2002.
Hasselgren engine, great internals, invoices included. Safecraft fire suppression.
Includes a set of original magnesium Brabham wheels, jigs for front & rear uprights.
