AP Racing Brake Proportioning Valve CP3550-14

AP Racing Brake Proportioning Valve CP3550-14, removed in good working condition as a part of a rebuild and upgrade of a race car.

The screw type proportioning valve CP3550-14 offers infinite adjustment within the limits of normal brake operation. With the cap screwed fully in no reduction in output pressure occurs; with the cap screwed fully out, output pressure is reduced to approximately 1/3rd of input pressure.

Nominal Ratio of 0.325.
Weight = 180g approx.

Note:-
This proportioning valves is suitable for use with any brake fluid that conforms to DOT 3, DOT 4 or DOT 5.1 standards, but best all round performance will be achieved with AP Racing 600 brake fluid.
