Volvo 142S

Originally built by the Finnish Volvo importer in 1970. First race in 1000 Lakes 1970. Last competition in 2011 (engine blew up) after which the engine and car has been completely rebuilt and not raced after rebuilding.

Dynoed: 164hp/209Nm. Equipped with brand new Weber DCOE45s. 304deg cam, balanced crank+flywheel with sinterclutch, new pistons with M-rods, Dana lock (adjusted in 2022)

Gearbox with extended ratios, racing manifold, el.fan, etc.

FIA Group 2 homologation not valid – would need valid co-driver’s seat and a validated gas tank – both outdated.

Full set of racelights will follow + number of gravel tyres&wheels.

Road inspected 21.3.2023 and ready-to-race. This car is ready and intened to race – not just put on display on shows.
